Chester John Magrowski, 77, a resident of Virginia Beach for the past four years, died July 21, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mr. Magrowski, a native of Chicago, was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Adele T. Magrowski; a daughter, Cynthia Morgan of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Theresa Conley of Portsmouth and James Morgan of Stafford, Va.; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, is handling arrangements.
Memorials may take the form of Masses offered through your local Catholic Church.
