Odell Word Woolard, of the 300 block of W. 28th Street, died July 25, 1995.
She is survived by one son, Maurice Word of Fort Washington, Md.; her mother, Mamie E. Word of Chesapeake; one sister, Eva Charity of Chesapeake; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon today by the Rev. Anthony Moses in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the gravesite at 11:45 a.m. for services. Viewing will be private. Graves Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
