SUNDAY

ONE OF THE MOST imposing Budweiser Superfest lineups yet arrives at 7 p.m. Sunday at Hampton Coliseum. Headliners Boyz II Men return to the area with several more major hits to their credit, while TLC's run at the top of Billboard's Hot 100 with ``Waterfalls'' continued this week. (They also just received 10 nominations for MTV's Video Music Awards.) And speaking of imposing, not only is Montell Jordan 6-foot-7, his ``This is How We Do It'' was another long-running No. 1 - for seven weeks, to be exact. Tickets for this spectacular of modern R&B are $31.50 advance; to order, call 671-8100.

WEEKEND

Run up the Jolly Roger and set sail for the Norfolk Waterfront at Waterside for the Blackbeard Pirate Jamboree. Blackbeard and his crew of scoundrels truly did prey on sailing vessels venturing in and out of Hampton Roads from 1716 to 1718. Then he met his bloody fate. But this weekend, the pirates will be partying. There'll be music, food, costume contests, stilt dancers and plenty of pirates. On Saturday, don't miss the Pirate Parade of Sail at 12:30 p.m. and Parade of Pirates at 2 p.m. Oh, go ahead and join in some of the games including the Tropical Fruit Pass, limbo and conch shell blowing contests. Hours: 5 to 8 tonight and noon to 9:30 p.m. Saturday. It's all free. 441-2345.

MOVIE OPENINGS

WITH ALL THE STORIES about the set sinking, the costs and the director resigning, we might just have to see ``Waterworld'' for ourselves. The most expensive movie ever made (rumored to cost $175 million) stars Kevin Costner as a half-fish. Dennis Hopper is leader of the evil pirates.
