Margaret Banks Daughtrey, 50, of the 31400 block of Seegar Drive, died July 25, 1995, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Carrsville and was the daughter of the late Willie James and Hattie Mae Banks. She was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church, where she participated in the Senior Choir and the Community Chorus.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Felton Daughtrey; one son, Michael Andrei Banks of Carrsville; three sisters, Christine Foreman of Norfolk, Ivery B. Knight of Suffolk, and Ella B. Clark of Chester, Va.; three uncles, four aunts, and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother, Willie James Banks Jr.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Pulaski Baptist Church by Dr. Edward P. Foreman. Burial will be in Picot Cemetery. The body will be in the church by 11:30 a.m. Saturday. The family will assemble at the family home in Carrsville, 31448 Seegar Drive. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
