Fredericka E. Cupschalk, 91, of the 1700 block of W. 48th Street, died July 24, 1995, at home.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Stephen G. Cupschalk, and his wife Florence; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in Scranton, Pa., on July 27. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, handled local arrangements.
