Tony Chrystomou, 84, of the 7000 block of Kirby Crescent Drive, died July 28, 1995 in a Norfolk hospital.
He was a native of Morphou, Cyprus and was a retired tailor with the Quality Shop where he had worked for 20 years. He was the widower of Viola Chrystomou and was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral and its Hellenic Senior Citizens Club. He was also a member of the Cyprus Club and was an Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by two brothers, Harry Chrystomou of Virginia Beach and Nick Chrystomou of Melbourne, Australia. He was predeceased by two brothers, Christos Chrystomou and John Chrystomou.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral by Father Constantine Rogakos and Father Charles Goumenis. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. There will be a Trisagion Service at 7 p.m. Sunday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, with visitation to follow.
