William David ``Bill'' Lester, age 48, of the 4600 block of Lookout Road, died of complications after an illness at 1:30 a.m. July 28, 1995.
He dedicated his eyes to the Organ Bank and his body to science. He was survived by four sisters, Frances Routon of Casper, Wyo., Janet Webb of Welch, W.Va., Suzanne Lester of Beckley, W.Va., and Linda Dryden of Haymarket, Va.; and two brothers, Wiley Lester of Hemphill, W.Va., and Winford Lester of Eustis, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mable Lester of Hemphill, W.Va., and one sister, Julia Thomas of Danville, Va.
A private memorial service will be held at the Lynnhaven Fishhouse, where he was a longtime employee.
