William St. Clair Harris, 87, of the 1100 block First Colonial Road, died July 27, 1995, in a Virginia Beach Nursing Center.
He was the son of the late William S. and Penny Harris, and the husband of the late Ester Guther Harris. Mr. Harris was retired from the Princess Anne Country Club as a greens keeper of the golf course.
Surviving are his son, William S. Harris, and his wife, Cheri; a stepson, Charles Mack, all of Virginia Beach; and five grandchildren.
A graveiside service will be conducted at noon Monday in the Austin Cemetery in Kitty Hawk, N.C., by the Rev. Marcelene Bassnight. The family will receive friends at Twiford's Funeral Home, Ghent Chapel, 1920 Colley Ave., Norfolk, Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. At other times the family will be at the residence of the son on Sykes Ave. in Virginia Beach.
