A 20-year-old Norfolk man was shot to death in the 200 block of W. 19th St. Thursday night, police reported.
He was identified as Gerald Crandle of the 1200 block of W. 40th St. Police officers found Crandle on a sidewalk at 10:44 p.m. He was pronounced dead four minutes later.
The homicide is under investigation, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call Norfolk Crime Line at 664-4040.
