Jane Lindey, 90, of the 3700 block of Sentara Way, a retired bookkeeper, died July 30, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Lindey, a native of New York, was the widow of Samuel Lindey. She was a member of Temple Beth El and the Charles T. Sitrin Home Guild in New York City.
Survivors include her daughter, Felicia Benson of Virginia Beach; a son, Dr. Myron Lindey of Yarmouth, Maine; two sisters, Esther Shattan and Bettie Kaplan, both of Utica, N.Y.; a brother, Dr. Bernard Palmer of Oakland, Calif.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A prayer service will be held at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, at 4 p.m. today by Cantor Isaac Danker. Burial will be in Beth El Cemetery in Whitesboro, N.Y.
