Mildred S. Cook died July 31, 1995, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Herman B. Cook; five children, all of Roanoke; a brother, Alan I. Spikard of Norfolk; sisters, Betty L. Meadors of Blue Ridge, Lena S. Tarkenton of Virginia Beach and Shirley S. Heitmann of Chesapeake.
The funeral will be held today at Oakeys Funeral Home in Roanoke.
