PHILIP HANNER KIME

Philip Hanner Kime, 93, of Richmond, formerly of Salem, died Sunday, July 30, 1995.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Zona Lee Arnold Kime, and daughter, Gaynelle Kime Dormire.

Surviving are his children, Philip Rodney Kime of Glendale, Calif., Gretchen Kime Morgan of Springfield, Maurice Scott Kime of Alexandria, Carolyn Kime Wooley of Richmond; sons-in-law, Robert M. Wooley, H. Floyd Dormire; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Mr. Kime was a writer, poet, and artist in oils and watercolors and was a philosopher. He was a retired sanitation agent for the Virginia Health Department working in the Virginia Beach area for over 25 years.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. today at East Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Lotz Salem Chapel.
