Paraskevi V. Anderson, 96, of the 400 block of Brickby Road, died Aug. 1, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Anderson was a native of Sparta, Greece, and was the widow of John N. Anderson. She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation since 1922. She was a member of the Helenic Women's Club and the Golden Age Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary A. Verykoukis of Norfolk; one sister, Dana Mellas of Perth Amboy, N.J.; and two grandchildren, Georgia V. Rosenberg of Norfolk and Nicholas Verykoukis of Raleigh, N.C.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation by Father Constantine P. Rogakos. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. A Trisagion Service will held at 6:30 p.m. today in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Memorial donations may be made to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation at 7220 Granby St., Norfolk, Va. 23505, or to a charity of donor's choice.
