Mary Lee Branch Everette, 52, of Route 1, died July 31, 1995, in Southampton Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
Mrs. Everette was a native of Southampton County. She was a housewife, and was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Newsome, Va.
She is survived by her parents, John Sr. and Lila Branch; her husband, Clowis Everette Sr.; four sons, Otis L. Branch, Ronnie E. Everette, Clowis L. Everette Jr., all of Murfreesboro, N.C.; and Willie L. Branch of Newsome, Va.; one brother, John Branch Jr. of Newsome, Va; six sisters, Virginia B. Worrell, Dorothy B. Woodley, Margaret B. Garris, Madaline J. Powell, all of Newsome, Va., Viola B. Harris of Como, N.C., and Bernice Jefferson of Woodland, N.C.; and four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 1995, in Piney Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Futrell. Burial will be in the Branch Family Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home in Franklin, is handling arrangements.
