Gwendolyn Harris Crutchfield, 48, of the 800 block of Eric Paul Drive, died Aug. 1, 1995, in her home.
She was a native of Norfolk and was a Christian. She was employed as an office manager with Psychiatric Services Inc.
Survivors include her husband, Ted E. Crutchfield Sr.; one daughter, Amy L. Crutchfield of Norfolk; one son, Ted E. Crutchfield Jr. of Chesapeake; her mother, LaRae McLane of Grandy, N.C.; her stepfather, Jack McLane of Grandy, N.C.; two sisters, Patricia Morrison of Virginia Beach and Lynette Vivas of Miami, Fla.; and her mother and father-in-law, Edward and Evelyn Crutchfield of Annamaria, Fla.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tidewater Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America.
