MARY SUDDUTH ANDERSON

Mary Sudduth Anderson, 71, died Aug. 1, 1995, at her residence in Nashville, Tenn. Mrs. Anderson was born in Sallis, Miss. She was the daughter of the late Nathan Furman and Minnie Campbell Sudduth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pleasant Anderson.

Mrs. Anderson was a resident of Virginia Beach for nearly 20years. She taught at Kempsville Junior High School.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Darlene Anderson of Nashville, Tenn.; grandson, Wesley Clayton Anderson, also of Nashville; sister, Sara Devuyst of Fair Hope, Ala.; brothers, Julian Sudduth of Ohio and Campbell Young Sudduth of Fair Hope, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, 1995 at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Pastor Steve Allen officiating. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, 1995, at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, Tenn.
