Dorothy Virginia Moseley, 83, of the 1300 block of Wingfield Ave., died July 29, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Moseley was born in Norfolk. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, David L. Kelley of Portsmouth, Jerry W. Kelley of Chesapeake; a daughter, Marty Kelley of Christiansburg; three grandchildren, Christopher Kelley, Helen Kelley and Daymia Kelley; and one great-grandchild Cory Kelley.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday at Fairview Baptist Church, 1204 Tatemstown Road, Chesapeake, by pastor Gary H. McClenney. The family will receive friends after the service at 136 Rolfe Terrace, Portsmouth.
