Elizabeth ``Tootsie'' Fitzgerald Woodley, of 1152 Hannah St., died on Monday, July 31, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was a retired supervisor at Norfolk Navy Lodge, and a former Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a member of the Holy Jerusalem Church on 27th Street in Norfolk.
She leaves to mourn, a loving husband, Milton Woodley of Suffolk; two devoted daughters, Mrs. Robin Brown-Hill of the home; Mrs. Michelle P. Fitzgerald of Norfolk; four loving sons, Mr. Rodney B. Brown of Hollywood, Calif.; Mr. Reginald ``Skip'' Fitzgerald, Mr. Shawn ``Blue'' Fitzgerald, and Mr. Darrell ``Pebbles'' Gray, all of Norfolk; one caring sister, Denise Hairston of Norfolk; two caring brothers, Mr. David Gray Jr. and Mr. Thomas Land, both of Norfolk; a very devoted aunt, Mrs. Evelyn Spencer of Chesapeake; a loving son-in-law, Mr. Edward Hill; eight grandchildren; nine nieces and four nephews; and several cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Rehovoth Church, 1052 Cascade Blvd., Chesapeake, Va., at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 1995, with the Rev. Shaffer Copeland officiating. Burial will be at Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the residence and assemble there for the funeral service. Graves Funeral Home providing professional services.
