Police have identified the city's 11th homicide victim this year as 31-year-old Kimberly Ann Martin Richardson.
Richardson's body was found in an upstairs bedroom at 18 Saxony Place at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday. Police searched the residence after they were alerted to a possible problem when a relative was unable to get a response at Richardson's townhouse.
An autopsy was ordered. Police had no comment on a motive or suspects.
