ARTS FESTIVAL, FOLKS

The Princess Anne Art and Craft Festival, which used to be called the Folk Arts Festival, will be at Princess Anne Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This year's arts and crafts will include contemporary items as well as traditional folk art such as quilting and woodworking. A children's corner will offer kiddie crafts. Also featured will be face painting and live entertainment including Michael Mulvaney, Troy Hedspeth, Black and White Blues, Sixty One South, H&M Johnson, the Wappadoodle Puppets, juggler Tim Nolan, magician Harold Wood and Bobby the Clown. Among the artists at this year's show will be Joan Mannel of

Deltaville, Va., who specializes in Chesapeake Bay themes, above,

and Joe Delsi, a jeweler who exhibited in last year's event, right.
