Anita L. Phelps, 79, of the 3100 block of Shore Dr., died Aug. 3, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Phelps, widow of Robert L. Phelps, was born in Charleston, S.C., and was a member of Bayside Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Anita P. Bowman of Richmond; a son, Bob Phelps of Virginia Beach; a sister, Almeta Delkard of Sun City, Calif.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, by the Rev. Wil Kiser-Lowrance. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, in charge. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Westminster Canterbury.
