SYDNEY K.H. MILLER

Sydney K.H. Miller, 62, of the 4500 block of Sir Johns Lane, a retired chief warrant officer-3 and manager, died Aug. 3, 1995, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mr. Miller was born in Pope County, Ark. He retired from the Navy after 27 years and from Shoneys restaurant. He was a member of Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel and a Navy veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Y. Miller; two daughters, Annette Miller of Virginia Beach and Marika Horwood of London, England; his mother, Irma Miller of Dardanelle, Ark.; and a brother, Billy Miller of Biloxi, Miss.

A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday at Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel by Chaplain James M. Leone. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Holloman-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Military honors will be accorded at the gravesite.
