Waymond Wade Sr., of the 200 block of W. 33rd St., died Aug. 3, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Wade was born in Halifax, N.C. He was a retired construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Wade; five sons, Waymond Wade Jr. of Chesapeake, Bernard Wade of Virginia Beach, and Jonathan Wade, Marvin Wade and Anthony Wade, all of Norfolk; his mother, Clara W. Wade of Norfolk; three brothers, Claude Wade, Fletcher Wade and Jesse Wade; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends; and two daughters-in-law, Gloria Wade and Dawn Wade.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at Graves Funeral Home by Bishop Eugene Brown. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may join the family at 613 Emerald Court, Chesapeake.
