Anna Virginia Whitehurst, 86, of the 2100 block of Jeffrey Dr., died Aug. 3, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a native of Norfolk and was a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Whitehurst; three daughter, Billie Hein of Virginia Beach, Barbara Weaver of Alexandria, Va., and Shirley Bigham of Virginia Beach; three sons, Linwood Lane Jr. of Virginia Beach, Robert Lane of Virginia Beach, and Richard Lane of Richmond, Va.; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m.
