Felipa Dela Paz Jimenez, 71, of the 300 block of Ashlawn Drive, died Aug. 6, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Jimenez was born in Manila, Philippines, and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Irineo N. Jimenez; six daughters, Juliet Abella, Cora Evangelista, Erminda Olliola, Teresa Baruela and Edna Bitanga, all of the Philippines, and Isabel Escobar of Chesapeake; three sons, Delfin Jimenez, Irineo Jimenez and Julian Jimenez, all of the Philippines; a sister, Cristina Bitanga of the Philippines; and 36 grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 5 p.m. Wednesday in St. Pius X Catholic Church by Fr. William J. Dale. Burial will be in Barbarac Cemetery, Abra, Philippines. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Special thanks to the Escobar family and the Jimenez family for their support.
