A 19-year-old Norfolk man was arrested and charged Monday night in the slaying of Robert Anthony Perry, whose body was found lying near a sidewalk in the 800 block of Jerome Ave. last week, police reported Tuesday.
Jei G. Robuck, of the 7900 block of Old Ocean View Ave., was charged with murder and robbery.
Perry, 19, was stationed aboard the aircraft carrier America. His body was found in the early morning of Aug. 2.
The case is still under investigation, and more arrests may be made, police said.
