A preliminary medical examination indicates that an injured man who died Monday afternoon may have died accidentally, police have reported. But the cause of death has not been determined.
The man, James Dolberry, was found in the 7400 block of Fenner St. at 12:59 p.m. Dolberry, of the 1300 block of Godfrey Ave., was taken to DePaul Medical Center, where he died.
``It appears there is the possibility the cause of death may be accidental,'' police spokesman Larry Hill said.
Final results will not be available for at least eight weeks, Hill said. The death originally was listed as a homicide. by CNB
