Regarding ``Social worker attacked'' (Metro Briefs, Aug. 3): A woman is attacked, beaten with a pipe, punched in the face and kicked, but the police do not make an arrest because the incident is classified as a misdemeanor?
Excuse me. Just what constitutes a felony in a situation such as this?
