Julia Ann Barlow died Aug. 8, 1995 in Norfolk.
Mrs. Barlow, a computer operator with Sevamp, was the widow of William F. Barlow. She was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, William F. and Kathy Barlow, and John Gary Barlow; one brother, Arthur Eason Jr.; one sister, Lillian Booth; two grandchildren, Caroline and Melissa.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, by the Rev. Terry Beck. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
