Mary Dove Whitley, 48, of 22 E. Maggie Court, died Thursday morning at her home.
She was Director of Ray and Mary's Bowling Club, NABI.
Surviving are her husband, Felix Ray Whitley Sr.; son, Felix Ray Whitley Jr. of Hampton, Va.; daughters, Cindy Lawson of Wendell, Kathy Brooks of Clayton; sisters, Eva Hughes of Wendell, Judy Dove of Garner, Alice Holder of Clayton, Sue Brantley of Zebulon; brothers, James Earl Dove of Knightdale, Charles Wayne Dove of Lizard Lick; and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Chaplain Becky Sansbury officiating. Entombment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, and other times at the home.
