Rosa Riddick, 89, of 600 Shell Road, died Aug. 9, 1995, in Hampton General Hospital.
She was a native of Gate, N.C., and is a member of Pulaski Baptist Church, Carrsville, Va.
She is survived by seven nieces, Miss Margaret Faulk of Carrsville, Va., Mrs. Thelma Blount of Franklin, Va., Mrs. Dorothy Turner of Hampton, Va., Ms. Geneva Boone, Mrs. Carrie N. Johnson, and Mrs. Kattie Lue Edwards, all three from Suffolk, Va., Mrs. Lottie Lenord of Baltimore, Md.; one nephew, Jimmie T. Faulk of Carrsville, Va.; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke and Gertrude M. Riddick.
A funeral will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, in Pulaski Baptist Church, Carrsville, Va., by Dr. Robert E. Rodgers. Burial is in Piney Grove Church Cemetery, Suffolk, Va. The body will be in the church by 1 p.m. Sunday. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Johnson, 2501 Woodland Trail (Lake Forest), Suffolk, Va. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
