ISLING ON OZONE

Now that everyone is aware of the connection between idling traffic and our dwindling ozone layer, we need to work harder on the solutions.

Every drive-through bank and fast-food restaurant in Hampton Roads should be issued two large neon dots for their drive-through windows. Normally a green one with something like ``All OK'' printed on it could be displayed. When delays occur however, it should be replaced by a pink one saying ``Cut your engine.''
