RUDE DRIVERS

I have never driven in an area so full of rude drivers. Not using turn signals is the biggest rudeness, but the newest driver rudeness is making U-turns in the middle of the street.

I assume these rude drivers get away with this because most of the Norfolk police officers give no signals while driving patrol cars.

Aren't police officers to set good driving examples and enforce driving laws?
