Annie B. Powell, of the 2600 block of Munson St., died Aug. 9, 1995.
Mrs. Powell was born in Lawrenceville, Va. She was a member of Second Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Marshall M. Powell; two daughters, Shirley Huff of Oregon and Betty J. Person of Norfolk; a son, Arthur R. Davis of Norfolk; three sisters, Minnie Sellers of Philadelphia, Pa., Clara Penn of Richmond and Pearlie M. Lewis of Norfolk; a brother, Thomas Shearin of Richmond, Va.; 14 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday at Second Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Geoffrey Gunn. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Arrangements by Community Funeral Home, Norfolk chapel. Viewing will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
