America Online, Inc. reported revenues for the final quarter of fiscal 1995 ended June 30 increased 275 percent to $151,855,000 from $40,423,000 in fiscal 1994's fourth period, and revenues also were 39 percent higher than the $109,104,000 in revenues reported for last year's third quarter. Net income grew more than six-fold to $6,189,000 from earnings of $905,000 in the same period a year ago. The company said earnings per share in the fourth quarter before merger and amortization costs totaled 16 cents per share, while reported earnings per share, inclusive of these expenses, amounted to 13 cents on nearly 30 percent more shares outstanding.
