``Sounding Board,'' the weekly public affairs interview program hosted by former Chesapeake mayor Sidney M. Oman, will feature all candidates running for local and state office in the upcoming Nov. 7 election.
Below is a list of the candidates and the week each interview will be broadcast.
``Sounding Board'' is seen on Chesapeake cable channel 23 (WCTV-23) at 4:30 and 9 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday, 7:30 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday.
The candidates are:
Chesapeake Clerk of Court: Lil Hart (D) and Vista Cotten (R), to air the week of Aug. 13.
State Senate (5th District): Yvonne Miller (D) and Bruce Wilcox (R), to air the week of Aug. 20.
State Senate (13th District): Frederick Quayle (R) and Johnny Joannou (D), to air the week of Aug. 27.
State Senate (14th District): Mark Earley (R) and Mark Walker (I), to air the week of Sept. 3.
State Senate (18th District): Louise Lucas (D) and Frank Slayton (I), to air the week of Sept. 10.
House of Delegates (unopposed): Robert Nelms (R, 76th District), Jerrauld Jones (D, 89th District) and William Robinson Jr. (D, 90th District), to air the week of Sept. 24.
House of Delegates (77th District): Lionell Spruill Sr. (D) and Joseph Johnson (I), to air the week of Oct. 1.
House of Delegates (78th District): J. Randy Forbes (R) and Wayne Baker (I), to air the week of Oct. 8.
House of Delegates (79th District): William ``Billy'' Moore Jr. (D) and D.R. ``Dan'' Evans (R), to air the week of Oct. 15.
