Frances Williams Barber, 74, of the 600 block of Berkshire Road, died Aug. 12, 1995, in Portsmouth.
She was a native of Portsmouth, a member of West Side Christian Church and the widow of Vernon Leo Barber.
Survivors include two daughters, Patty Ross and Sharon Jenson, both of Chesapeake; and two grandchildren, Doug Jenson and wife Cathy, of Crewe, Va., and David Jenson of Richmond, Va.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to Hospice Volunteers of the Portsmouth Area, Inc., P.O. Box 7052, Portsmouth, Va. 23707.
