The body of Lemetric Braxton Rice, 21, of Newtown Road was found floating near the center of Witchduck Lake off the end of Witchduck Court at 2:35 p.m. Saturday.
Last Sunday, Rice was swimming in the lake with a friend when he went under and did not return to the surface. The case remains under investigation by the city police. by CNB
