A 35-year-old man was found dead in an intersection late Friday, apparently the victim of a hit-and-run driver.
Police said it appeared that Kevin A. Hobson, of the 600 block of Nansemond Ave., had been struck at high speed. The body was found by police about 11 p.m. at Jefferson Avenue and 46th Street.
There are no known witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Line at 245-0755.
