Howard Johnson ``Junior'' Winslow Jr., 71, of Box 215, Moyock, died Sunday Aug. 13, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
He was a native of Chesapeake, and was a retired farmer. Mr. Winslow was the son of the late Howard J. and Josie Powers Winslow, and the husband of Mollie Creekmore Winslow. He was a member of the Moyock United Methodist Church.
Besides his wife, Mr. Winslow is survived by two daughters, Mollie Gail Winslow and Cathy W. Morris, both of Moyock; a son-in-law, Charles Morris of Moyock; and a granddaughter, Ashley Lee Morris of Moyock.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Moyock United Methodist Church, by the Rev. Roderick Mullen. Burial will follow in the Moyock Memorial Cemetery. Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, is in charge. The family will be at their residence in Moyock. The family suggests that memorial donations may be made to the Moyock United Methodist Church Building Fund, care of Mrs. Carol Bell, 375 Pudding Ridge Road, Moyock, N.C. 27958.
