Mildred Louise Fraser Wilkinson, 86, formerly of the 4200 block of Gosnold Ave., died Aug. 13, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Wilkinson, the widow of the late Linwood Carr Wilkinson, was a Baptist. She was the daughter of the late William R. Fraser and Ethel K. Fraser.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Doris Fraser of Norfolk; one brother, James Fraser and his wife, Vivian, both of Virginia Beach; and one brother-in-law, Leonard Wilkinson and his wife, Faye, both of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Paul W. Parker. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel in charge.
