HAVE A SAY ON SUPERINTENDENT

Virginia Beach residents will get the chance to say what they would like in a new school superintendent when the public schools Superintendent Search Community Advisory Committee holds a public hearing Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. at Green Run High School.

Those wishing to speak should sign up prior to the event by calling the Office of Community Relations at 427-4641.

Members of the advisory committee include: Donald N. Clement, Association of Elementary School Principals; Jerry F. Deviney, Association of Secondary School Principals; Maury Bailey, Council of Civic Organizations; C. Max Bartholomew Jr., Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce; Carol Temple, Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach; Quiana Erb, Student Council Association, Green Run High School; Ellen M.
