Kenneth E. Darr, 70, of 1229 Farragut Drive, died Aug. 13, 1995, in Community Hospital in Massillon, Ohio.
A native of Ashland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Reuben L. and Faye Dreyer Darr.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Felo Darr of the home; a son, Kenneth E. Darr Jr. of Spartanburg; two daughters, Rebecca Darr Lockery of Norfolk, Sheila Darr Parks of Spartanburg; a brother, Donald Darr of Townville, S.C.; two sisters, Ruth Gordon of Freeport, Ill., Jean Gossett of Hayesville, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, 1995, at Westminster Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Charles H. Horne. The family will receive friends after the service in the parlor of the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Piedmont Region, 364 S. Pine St., Suite B-155, Spartanburg, S.C. 29302. The family is at the home. Floyd's Mortuary, N. Church Street, is in charge.
