LILLIAN C. FRASER

Lillian C. Fraser, 77, of the 400 block of Carlisle Way, died Aug. 15, 1995, in her home.

She was a native of Norfolk and was the widow of Edward R. Fraser. She was a member of Episcopal Church of the Ascension, the Elizabeth River Women's Club, Republican Women's Club, on the Mayor's Committee on aging in Norfolk, member of Long-term Caregivers Association, and Sevamp. She was the retired director of social services for Lafayette Villa Health Care.

Survivors include two daughters, Layne F. Dyer and Kim F. Limbaugh, both of Norfolk; one son, Edward R. Fraser Jr. of Virginia Beach; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Gayle Spratt.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Episcopal Church of the Ascension by the Rev. Mark S. Delcuze. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Building Fund of Episcopal Church of the Ascension.
