Carolyn H. Perry, 88, of the 800 block of Boxhill Ct., formerly of Ocean View, Norfolk, died Aug. 14, 1995, in Chesterfield County.
She was a a native of Gates County, N.C., and a retired school teacher of the Norfolk School System. Mrs. Perry was the widow of John D. Perry, and was a member of Miles Methodist Church, Norfolk, Va.
She is survived by two sisters, Emma Parker of Durham, N.C., and Eloise Dickey of Arlington, Va.; one brother, Garland Hayes of Arlington, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Morris Bennett at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. There will be no scheduled visitation. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
