Thomas R. Moore, 67, died Aug. 14, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
He was a member of Episcopal Church of the Messiah, Chesapeake, Va. Mr. Moore was born in Baltimore, Md. and was retired from Southland Industries Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Moore; one daughter, Cheryl A. Grogg of Virginia Beach; two sons, Thomas R. Moore Jr. of Cranberry Township, Pa., and Daniel Frank Moore of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Betty) Schmutz of California, Mrs. Ernie (Mary) Cavey of Berlin, Md., and Mrs. Ronald (Peggy) Dietz of Baltimore, Md.; and five grandchildren, Lisa and Sally Moore, and James R., Dawn M., and Matthew V. Grogg.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, by the Rev. Marty O'Rouke, in Episcopal Church of the Messiah, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, today from 1 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Episcopal Church of the Messiah, or Kempsville Rescue Squad.
