Margie Umphlett Munford, 57, of 17384 Johnsons Mill Road, died Aug. 16, 1995.
Mrs. Munford was a native of Zuni, and was the daughter of the late Louis and Iris Gay Umphlett. She was the owner and operator of Margie's Flowers and Crafts, and a notary public. Mrs. Munford was a member of Sedley Baptist Church, the Floral and Arts Association, and was the volunteer ceramics instructor for the High Street Senior Citizens.
Survivors include her husband, Moody E. Munford; two sons, Louis Alfred ``Al'' Munford and Stephen L. Munford; Al's fiance, Vickie James and her two children, Terri and Daniel, all of Sedley; three sisters, Mable U. Billups, Rebecca U. Kitchen and Iris U. Peden, all of Zuni.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, by the Rev. David Johnson. The family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.
