Frances Gay Stansbury, 67, died Aug. 16, 1995. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and the Pioneer Club of Emporia.
She is survived by her husband, Horace Lee Stansbury; four daughters, Jo Ann T. Williams of Emporia, Sue Taylor Ivey of Franklin, Sherry T. Fraunfelter of Emporia, and Donna T. Pulley of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; two sons, Bill Taylor of Emporia and Steve Taylor of Stony Creek; two brothers, Edwin Ryland Gay of Gaston, N.C., and Bahnson W. Gay of Emporia; eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, at the Echols Funeral Home Chapel, Emporia, with interment in the Greenfields Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
