CECELIA A. BIGGS

Cecelia A. Biggs, 70, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 1995, in a local nursing home.

She was born in Pennsylvania and was the widow of the late Robert O. Biggs. She was the former owner of the Hobby Craft Center in Virginia Beach and a former member of Saint Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.

Mrs. Biggs is survived by three daughters, Alice M. Payton of Portsmouth, Suzanne Biggs of Norfolk, and Nancy Knudsen of La Plata, Md.; one son, Robert T. Biggs of Roanoke; one brother; six sisters; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

All services and burial will be private at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hampton Roads Chapter, (NU)20, the Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502, or to the American Diabetes Association, Virginia Affiliate Inc., 404 8th Street N.E., Suite C, Charlottesville, Va. 22902. Weymouth Funeral Home, Newport News, in charge of arrangements.
