Anna Wanda Barnette, 86, formerly of Battery Park Road, Brentwood, Chesapeake, died Aug. 16, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Waterloo, N.Y., and was the widow of Gary A. Barnette. She was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, and is survived by one son, Gary A. Barnette of Chesapeake; and one nephew, Martie F., and wife, Betty A. Barnette of Suffolk.
The graveside service will be conducted at noon Saturday in Evergreen Memorial Park by the Rev. John Jordan. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
